Their primary responsibility is to steer the strategic direction and maximize the performance of IPs under his purview, contributing to the success and growth of Amuse’s content ecosystem.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Their <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">mission</span> is to act as a showrunner and lead the content strategy for a specific IP, overseeing all projects related to its growth. They’ll be responsible for spreading the IP's value proposition and content strategy at all levels, as well as determining the overall content plan, production model, and guidelines/constraints based on desired cost and revenue expectations.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">/ YOUR ROLE</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As a </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Production Manager</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the execution of animation productions from pre-production through final delivery.
