Description CREATIVE MANAGER Purpose The Creative Manager supports HC3 marketing efforts by designing and producing high quality creative assets that bring campaigns to life and reinforce a consistent brand experience. This role contributes to marketing performance by improving the speed and scalability of creative production, translating strategy into effective deliverables, and ensuring consistent execution across all channels. Responsibilities The responsibilities for this position include the following: Creative Asset Development - Design and produce high quality visual assets across campaigns, sales collateral, presentations, digital channels, and event materials. Campaign Creative Execution - Translate marketing strategies and messaging into effective creative concepts and deliver polished assets from concept through delivery. Brand Standards and Consistency - Establish, maintain, and enforce consistent brand standards across all marketing and customer facing materials. Creative Systems and Scalability - Develop templates, reusable assets, and structured processes to improve efficiency and scalability of creative output. Resource Coordination and Quality Management - Coordinate external creative resources as needed while maintaining ownership of design quality, execution, and final deliverab Qualifications Competencies and Qualities Qualified candidates must have the following competencies and qualities Creative Design Expertise Demonstrates strong design capability and applies visual design principles to create effective and engaging assets. Attention to Detail Ensures accuracy and consistency across creative work, branding, and deliverables. Communication Skills Communicates clearly with stakeholders and translates ideas into effective visual concepts. Organization and Time Managemen t Manages multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively. Collaboration Works effectively with marketing and cross functional teams to deliver aligned creative outputs. Initiative and Accountability Takes ownership of creative work and follows through on commitments. Adaptability Responds to changing priorities and adjusts creative work as needed to meet business objectives. Education, Experience, and Certifications Required Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field Five or more years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B marketing or campaign execution Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign level thinking and execution Experience with core design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Experience with AI design tools (image generation, creative automation) Experience designing across digital, print, presentations, and event materials Ability to work independently and deliver work from concept through completion Preferred Experience with technical illustrations or process visuals Experience in financial services or regulated industries Familiarity with Microsoft business applications Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment Work will be performed in a climate controlled office environment. If approved for remote work, the home office must be appropriate for focused work without distractions and comply with the Remote Work and Access Policy. Travel This role requires occasional travel for conferences, events, and on site visits. Physical Demand This role requires extended computer use while sitting or standing. Additional tasks may include handling, organizing, and preparing materials for events and conferences. Position Type and Expected Hours This is a full time position for at least 40 hours per week. Work hours may vary based on project timelines and event schedules. If approved for remote work, the home office must be appropriate for focused work without distractions and comply with the Remote Work and Access Policy.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Travel</strong> This role requires occasional travel for conferences, events, and on site visits.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Physical Demand </strong>This role requires extended computer use while sitting or standing.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Additional tasks may include handling, organizing, and preparing materials for events and conferences.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Position Type and Expected Hours</strong> This is a full time position for at least 40 hours per week.
