    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">BPOD Latam is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Mission</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position will be mainly focused on generating and maintaining Salesforce reports, developing and analyzing Power BI dashboards, and processing and tracking orders in Salesforce to support the commercial operation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI.</li>\n<li>Analyze commercial and financial data to provide insights and support business decision-making.</li>\n<li>Process and track commercial orders within Salesforce.</li>\n<li>Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process, tools, and data visualization improvements.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with commercial teams and internal stakeholders to optimize operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, commercial analysis, or similar roles.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI (required).</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical profile with high attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.</li>\n<li>Bilingual proficiency in English (required).</li>\n</ul>",
