    "description": "<h2>Basic Qualifications </h2>\n<p>Requires a Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree.</p>\n<p><strong>CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:</strong>Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities for this Position</h2>\n<p>At GDMS, Systems Engineers can advance into <strong>technical leadership, program management, or advanced engineering specialties</strong>. Leadership programs, rotational assignments, and career development pathways ensure you have opportunities to <strong>expand your skills and grow your career</strong>.</p>\n<p>As a <strong>Systems Engineer</strong> on RSP, you'll be part of a <strong>cross-functional engineering team</strong> delivering hardware, software and systems solutions.
