    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a motivated and curious <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Intelligence Graduate</span> to join our Digital &amp; BI team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in analytics who wants to learn how data, automation, and AI can transform decision‑making in a global business.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will support experienced BI Analysts with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis — and will also have opportunities to assist in the development of AI-enhanced analytics tools and lightweight AI agents that help automate routine tasks and improve data accessibility across the organization.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BI Systems &amp; Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in supporting BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects (BO), SAP BW, and S/4HANA.</li>\n<li>Help monitor system issues and collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely resolution.</li>\n<li>Participate in documenting BI architecture, data flows, reporting specifications and governing the BI platforms</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting, Analytics &amp; AI</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain Power BI dashboards under the guidance of senior analysts.</li>\n<li>Use SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) to support finance and operational reporting.</li>\n<li>Assist in validating data to ensure accuracy across reports and KPIs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI &amp; Automation (Entry-Level Exposure)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the team in exploring and testing AI-driven analytics features (e.g., Microsoft Fabric Copilot, Power BI Copilot, Python-based automation).</li>\n<li>Contribute to creating simple AI-assisted reporting workflows, such as automated insights, natural-language query tools, or data quality checks.</li>\n<li>Assist in developing lightweight AI agents or automation scripts that help business users access insights more efficiently (e.g., FAQ bots, data lookup agents, or KPI explanation tools).</li>\n<li>Stay up to date with emerging AI productivity tools and propose opportunities to integrate them into BI processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Projects &amp; Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with teams across Finance, Supply Chain Planning, CRM, and Sales to understand their reporting needs.</li>\n<li>Support BI software upgrades and participate in digital transformation and data projects.</li>\n<li>Help drive adoption of self‑service analytics tools across the business.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills (Entry-Level)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic experience with Power BI and data modelling (academic or project-based).</li>\n<li>Knowledge of SQL and Excel; exposure to Python or similar languages is beneficial.</li>\n<li>Interest in learning about AI/ML tools and experimenting with automation.</li>\n<li>Curiosity about enterprise systems such as SAP BW, AFO, and S/4HANA.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Analytical &amp; Business Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Ability to break down complex information into clear, simple insights.</li>\n<li>Eagerness to participate in cross-functional projects and learn from senior BI analysts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal Attributes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Curious, proactive, and eager to work with modern BI and AI tools.</li>\n<li>Strong communicator and collaborative team player.</li>\n<li>Aligned with Glen Dimplex values of innovation, simplicity, customer focus, and care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or similar.</li>\n<li>Academic or project experience related to analytics, automation, or AI is a plus.</li>\n<li>Certifications or exposure to Power BI, Fabric, Python, or AI/ML tools are advantageous but not required.</li>\n</ul>",
