    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Reporting to the Senior Vice President &amp; Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Director of Decision Support is responsible for direct oversight of the Decision Support function and team, the Cost Accounting System, Service Line profitability reporting, annual service demand budgets, pro forma valuation of new services, and decision support system integration of clinical and financial data in a patient-centric repository. Develops and implements strategic and tactical tools, resources and analytical support to enable financial decision-making for the entire health system. Supports the financial integration of data for St. Joseph’s Health and is seen as the expert in collecting, organizing, and analyzing critical data by creating, managing and continuous improvement of models that allow leadership to look at data across the business entities and business lines in the absence of general ledger support. The Executive Director is the single source of this data analysis and reporting and supports the organizational strategy for business growth by serving as the key point of contact with external consultants and internal project groups.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
