Description

Position Title: Human Resources Assistant Department: HR/ Administration Supervisor: Human Resource Director Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and other human resources activities. · Attend job fairs and hiring events to recruit new staff, as required. · Welcomes employment candidates to the organization during the interviewing process. · Provide a tour of the facility for recruits. · Provide ad-hoc reports to Management staff. · Assist with employee relations concerns on an as-needed basis. · Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data for special requests and projects. · Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. · Maintain quality service by following organizational standards. · Support all internal and external employment inquiries, requests, special projects, etc. · Other related duties as assigned.
