Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee engineering efforts from design through construction on a variety of civil engineering treatment projects.</li>\n <li>Conduct site visits and assessments.</li>\n <li>Participate in meetings with clients to understand their project needs and preferences.</li>\n <li>Develop design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with engineers, architects and other consultants.</li>\n <li>Present designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.</li>\n <li>Explore new design concepts, incorporating emerging technologies.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional engineer registration in TX with ability to get in NM & OK.</li>\n <li>At least 4 years of experience in civil design - Water and Wastewater Treatment design preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience with software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D and ArcGIS is preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of civil engineering practices, principles and keep up with the ever-changing industry trends.</li>\n <li>Detailed understanding of engineering project management methods with the ability to plan a project start to finish, taking into account time, cost and resources.</li>\n <li>Maintaining a high level of organization to maximize business hours to achieve a solid life balance and to strategically prioritize tasks.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical skills to evaluate their observations to design a system that will withstand the elements on the installation site.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a collaborative environment with non-Engineer decision makers and be able to communicate plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
