Responsibilities Pass our internal SAP Basis program under lead of experienced SAP Basis Professional Get familiar and work according to ITIL Assist in the daily operation and the implementation activities related to SAP Basis. Assist in handling incident tickets and change requests. Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Systems in our data center and cloud environment. Assistance in the automation of technical processes Support and cooperation in IT projects Qualifications Student in computer science Interest or first experience within SAP Basis (installation/operation) Interest or first experience in Unix environment (eg Suse Linux, Ubuntu, Redhat, Debian, ...) Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of virtual systems (VMware, VIO) advantage Real team player and aware of cross-cultural working Good listening and communication skills Good English skills
