    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Palatino Linotype&quot;, serif;\">CMHA-CEI is a Michigan Certified Bronze Level Veteran Friendly Employer and we encourage active military service members, veterans, and their&nbsp;family members to apply.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Palatino Linotype&quot;, serif;\"><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong>&nbsp;Under the supervision of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Coordinator, provides a wide range of para-professional mental health services to consumers within a specific program or in an assigned area.&nbsp; Duties include a variety of supportive services and direct interventions with consumers in accordance with treatment plans developed by professional personnel.&nbsp; Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA’s mission, policies and procedures.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Palatino Linotype&quot;, serif;\"><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong>&nbsp;Possession of a High School diploma or G.E.D. is required.&nbsp;A minimum of six months experience working with&nbsp;consumers experiencing mental health crisis required.&nbsp;Must be physically able to lift boxes of&nbsp;groceries and supplies that vary in weight and size and perform light housekeeping duties. Ability to communicate accurately and effectively both in writing and verbally is required. Possession of a valid Michigan driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use is required.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Palatino Linotype&quot;, serif;\"><strong><u>Conditional Employment Requirements:</u></strong>&nbsp;Employment offers for this position will be contingent upon the results of a Michigan State Police clearance check, verification of an acceptable Michigan driving record.
