Based in Kinmel Bay (Rhyl), the works cover North and Central Wales.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>About the Role:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be required to work on our planned Traffic Management Schemes helping them to run smoothly and efficiently to achieve maximum production in a working day, whilst maintaining a high Health and Safety standard. The works are a mixture of reactive and planned works.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You will also be required to go on a standby rota and be flexible to the business needs in working nights and weekends. This is a full time, permanent position within a growing, and busy department.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span><span> </span>North Wales based - depot in Kinmel Bay</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Hours: </span></span>50 hours per week </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Salary: </span></span>£35,000 per annum basic with OTE earnings of up to £50,000 based on overtime.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities - but not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will oversee all methods of traffic management; Give and take, Priority, Stop/Go boards, Portable traffic signals, Convoy working, Road closures, Lane closures and diversions.</li>\n<li>You will carry out risk assessments and method statements on works involving traffic management.</li>\n<li>You will ensure that all activities associated with the job are carried out according to laid down procedures where possible.</li>\n<li>You will ensure that daily vehicle checks are carried out to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of vehicle and the safety of the driver and passenger.</li>\n<li>You will demonstrate initiative by constantly looking to see where improvements can be made.</li>\n<li>You will be happy to assist the public, directing them through safe site lines when required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Experience and Qualifications: </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lantra 12d accreditation, TTMBC, 12d (M1, M2, M5, M6) Lantra 12 a/b accreditation.<br></li>\n<li>Full valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points</li>\n<li>Be able to read and understand CAD drawings, in relation to the works required preferably to have mechanical ability in relation to Traffic Lights.<br></li>\n<li>Be IT literate as usage of a tablet will be needed to input data</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What you will get in return:</span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>In joining Sapphire Utility Solutions as part of the Lanes Group - the UK’s largest independent provider, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being, growth, and safety of our employees.
