Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care Location: Clio/Flint/Saginaw/Lake Orion Setting: In-home, one-on-one care Job Summary Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting. Patient #1: Pediatric Care Location: Flint, MI Patient: 6-month-old baby boy Schedule: Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Patient #2: Pediatric Care Location: Saginaw, MI Patient: 1-Year-Old Female Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sun–Sat) Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Sat) Patient #3: A dult Care Location: Lake Orion, MI Patient: 49-Year-Old Female (Paraplegic) Schedule: 24/7 Skilled Nursing Coverage (12-Hour Shifts) Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Everyday) Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Everyday) Patient #4: A dult Care Location: Clio, MI Patient: (56-Year-Old Male) Shifts: 6 AM – 4 PM (Tue & Thu) Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care) Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) Communicate with families and care teams Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care Schedule & Pay Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available Day, night, and weekend shifts Weekly pay + optional daily pay Competitive pay based on experience Why Work at Centria? ✅ 1:1 Patient Care ✅ Flexible scheduling ✅ Paid training and shadow shifts ✅ 24/7 clinical support ✅ Career advancement opportunities ✅ Health benefits and PTO for eligible employees Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required) Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided) Strong communication and critical thinking skills Patient Population Pediatrics (birth–21 years) Adults with complex medical needs About Centria Healthcare Centria Healthcare is a Michigan-based home healthcare provider specializing in private duty nursing, complex pediatric care, and catastrophic injury services.
