Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.</p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network</li>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)</li>\n <li>Pay Rate: $18.50 / HR</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>How will you make an impact?</p>\n<p><u>Responsibilities</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Involved in a variety of planning functions for aircraft departures as it relates to the operation</li>\n <li>Coordinate of the overall operation within an assigned functional area</li>\n <li>Conducting agent observations and associated activities</li>\n <li>Administering local training programs</li>\n <li>Scheduling and manpower utilization</li>\n <li>Maintaining supplies and inventory control logs</li>\n <li>Preparing customer correspondence</li>\n <li>Investigating discrepancies</li>\n <li>Compiling statistical data for reports</li>\n <li>Assisting management in the completion of administrative duties</li>\n <li>Lead Agents must be able to complete all functions of the agent position</li>\n <li>communicate with employees by radio and receive and convey clear and specific information to others related to the job function</li>\n <li>Preparing weight and balance sheets for flights prior to departure</li>\n <li>Making calculations based on aircraft load of passengers, baggage and fuel</li>\n <li>Making corresponding entries in the computer system</li>\n <li>Providing updated corrections to scheduled departure flights</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who we are looking for?</p>\n<p><u>Requirements</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age: 18</li>\n <li>High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent</li>\n <li><p>Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role</p></li>\n <li>Ability to work a variety of rotating shifts including days, nights, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off</li>\n <li>Knowledge basic computer functions including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language</li>\n <li>Possess the legal right to work in the United States</li>\n <li>Experience applying math principles for mathematical calculations preferred</li>\n <li>Good organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary</li>\n <li>Above-average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment are essential</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
