You will provide support to the Undersea Defensive Warfare Systems Program Office (PMS 415) for Navy counter-measure defense systems - supporting the Mk 58 Compact Rapid Attack Weapon (CRAW) program. We are seeking a candidate to join our team and help provide the US Navy with cutting edge undersea warfare capabilities and technology.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential functions:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.</em></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Facilitate discussions and communications among stakeholders on program status and goals to improve alignment of program achievements within DoW acquisition processes.</li><li>Participate in and support internal and external meetings and briefings. The Contractor shall interface between PMS 415 and various stakeholders and respond to internal and external inquiries.</li><li>In coordination and consultation with program sponsors and stakeholders, evaluate project schedules, procurement profiles, summarize relevant information, and brief government clients.</li><li>Assist PMS 415 program office personnel with program/project management documentation, development of long-range planning activities, establishment of tasking priority/tracking, and program metrics development.</li><li>Prepare and present senior level briefings experience (POM brief, budgets)&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a digital archive and files for all key program documentation, milestones and correspondence</li><li>Provide action item tracking, meeting coordination, facilitation, and attendance.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required education and experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in technical field (engineering, physics, etc.) or managerial discipline (or commensurate years of experience).</li><li>Ten (10) years of experience in DoW product, project or program management.</li><li>Experience and expertise in working with the DoW acquisition programs and processes.</li><li>Experience briefing senior leaders (O-6/GS-15 and above)</li><li>Experience with strategic level acquisition support for DoD 5000, SECNAV 5000, Other Transaction Authority (OTA), Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA), or Milestone Requirements for various ACAT II, III and Service-level programs.</li><li>Able to meet with program officials and develop and implement actions needed to meet program milestones.</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of DoD contracts, appropriations and budgeting, especially as used in defense acquisition programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Active DoD Secret Clearance.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred education and experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Navy Fleet operational experience (surface ship or submarines).</li><li>Navy weapons, systems or platform experience (operations, acquisition, technical, logistics, training, etc.).</li><li>Experience supporting the US Navy or active-duty Navy experience.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Competencies:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Project/Program management experience or similar/related experience.
