          "text": "<p>The Leasing Consultant is responsible for effectively leasing houses, apartments &amp; commercial spaces. In addition to leasing activities, they also assist the property management team with marketing, quality control, signage and retention strategies.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Greet, qualify, and provide tours to prospective tenants</li><li>Follow up with prospects regarding status</li><li>Input information into computer systems accurately and timely</li><li>Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date</li><li>Gather information about market competition in the area</li><li>Follow policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state and federal laws</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisor of safety hazards</li><li>Ensure Holton-Wise signage is properly positioned at all rental properties</li><li>Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned </li></ul><p><strong>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships quickly</li><li>Sales and closing skills</li><li>Competence in the use of standard office equipment including telephones, Internet, &amp; photocopier</li><li>Basic computer and data-entry skills</li><li>Demonstrate strong work ethics with the ability to adapt to change</li><li>Understand and carry out oral and written instructions</li><li>Social media savvy</li><li>Must have a cellphone with a data plan &amp; unlimited texting</li><li>Clean driving record</li></ul><p><strong>SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>High school graduate or equivalent </li><li>Sales or customer service industry experience </li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS </strong></p><ul><li>Full time position (Flexible hours. Primarily 11am-7pm. Must be available to work weekends.)</li><li>Company vehicle</li><li>$12 Hour + Productivity bonus</li></ul>",
