          "text": "<p><u><strong>Overview:</strong></u></p><p>Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties.</p><p><u><strong>Here's what you'll do:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.</li><li>Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.</li><li>Repairs or replaces defective parts.</li><li>Replace equipment.</li><li>Starts devices to test their performance.</li><li>Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make repair parts.</li><li>Documents all work done on reports accordingly.</li><li>Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.</li><li>Inspects used parts to determine dimensional changes.</li><li>Adjusts functional parts of equipment and control devices.</li><li>Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical equipment.</li><li>Welds/fabricates equipment and components.</li><li>NOTE: The maintenance supervisor or plant director, at any time, depending on the needs of the company, could add other duties.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><u><strong>Here's what you'll bring to the table:</strong></u></p><ul><li>One to three years maintenance experience in a manufacturing/food processing environment.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Trade school/occupational training desired but not required.&#xa0;Trade school/occupational training desired but not required.</li><li>Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English. Conversational Spanish is desired but not required.</li><li>Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and algebraic functions.</li><li>Must be able to troubleshoot equipment/process problems and propose solutions. Problem solving skills are essential to this position.</li><li>Fork Truck Operator Certification.</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be frequently required to; stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, speak, hear, taste and smell.</li><li>The employee will be required to climb ladders and stairs and work on tall equipment. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.</li><li>This position may require long hours including working weekends and nights.</li></ul>",
