Apply now!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Summary:</span></p>\n<p>The Overnight Construction Superintendent will oversee field operations of the construction project. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Supervisory Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approves timecards and requests for time off.</li>\n<li>Prepares work schedules and assignments.</li>\n<li>Communicates and enforces safety procedures and site rules.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops a schedule and cost-effective plan for completion of an assigned project.</li>\n<li>Collaborates with other staff to create preconstruction estimates and budgets for materials and labor.</li>\n<li>Coordinates and schedules the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating to and via project foreperson to deliver instructions and project assignments as appropriate.</li>\n<li>Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness; prepares and provides progress reports to owners and architects; makes recommendations for necessary modifications.</li>\n<li>Collaborates with architect, engineer, attorney, and other pertinent stakeholders to ensure specifications, zoning requirements, and other regulations are met.</li>\n<li>Ensures specifications and regulations outlined in architectural and engineering plans are followed.</li>\n<li>Obtains required permits and licenses; executes construction contracts according to terms of agreement.</li>\n<li>Monitors budget throughout the project and communicates variances as they occur.</li>\n<li>Maintains records related to costs and inventory.</li>\n<li>Addresses any safety violations or other deficiencies.</li>\n<li>Collaborates with union representatives to answer questions and clarify procedures.</li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">MUST BE WILLING TO WORK NIGHTS AND TRAVEL.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Required Skills/Abilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>MS Office REQUIRED.</li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure.</li>\n<li>Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people in different roles.</li>\n<li>Extremely detail oriented.</li>\n<li>Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans.</li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of legal requirements relating to construction and building sites.</li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of quality building practices.</li>\n<li>Ability to quickly identify problems and efficiently solve them.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Construction Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.</li>\n<li>At least 3-5 years of experience in building trade required.</li>\n<li>PREFERRED: Retail remodel experience; P6 or MS Project Scheduling; Safety Reports</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS</span></p>\n<p>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision</p>\n<p>Flex plans</p>\n<p>Life insurance</p>\n<p>Supplemental insurance plans</p>\n<p>401K with employer matching</p>\n<p>Paid Time off and Holidays </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Noble Texas Builders is an equal opportunity employer.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Recruiters/Staffing Agencies: Please do not contact.</span></p>",
