You must have good communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities: supervisory and team building capabilities, the ability to vision cast and bring others along. Active participation in area youth networks and the ability to relate to the churched and non-churched population is a necessity. Related education and a proven track record in leadership and youth work is a necessity. A vehicle is also important for this job.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">The salary of this staff position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is funded on a missionary basis requiring the gathering of a ministry partnership team.
