      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required.</li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering design, preferably in a consulting environment.</li>\n<li>Strong experience with municipal water and wastewater systems design.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to prepare plans, specifications, engineering reports, and design calculations.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal regulations.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively.</li>\n\n</div>"
