Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Plan his/her duties and responsibilities for each shift</li>\n   <li>Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols</li>\n   <li>Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation</li>\n   <li>Assist the General Manager</li>\n   <li>Coach and lead a team with no supervision</li>\n   <li>Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees </li>\n   <li>Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy</li>\n   <li>Verifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaints</li>\n   <li>Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures</li>\n   <li>Open/close restaurant</li>\n   <li>Assist with inventory (logging)</li>\n   <li>Assist with staffing needs</li>\n   <li>Assist with controllables and labor</li>\n   <li>Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils. </li>\n   <li>Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li>\n   <li>1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience</li>\n   <li>Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.</li>\n   <li>Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions.</li>\n   <li>Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification</li>\n   <li>Fluent in English & Spanish*</li>\n   <li>Ability to work with computers </li>\n   <li>Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.</li>\n   <li>Ability to stand for long periods</li>\n   <li>Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Expected Behaviors</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Be Service OBSESSED </li>\n <li>Friendly, welcoming attitude / Models customer orientation for other employees</li>\n <li>Anticipates and prevents problems with a proactive attitude</li>\n <li>Energetic Team Leader</li>\n <li>Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with others</li>\n <li>Sense of urgency</li>\n <li>Attention to details</li>\n <li>Proactively help where it is most needed in the restaurant</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $15.00 - USD $16.00 /Hr.\n<h2>Pay Rate</h2>",
