You’ll be surrounded by people who are experts in their field but equally grounded, generous and committed to your growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll have access to strong professional development support, real project exposure straight away, and the opportunity to help shape the way New Zealand manages its built environment for the future.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re looking for an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Intermediate Advisor</span> to join our Wellington team, someone with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">around 5 years of experience</span>, or a high-potential early career professional with 1–2 years post-degree, who enjoys solving practical problems, writing clearly and professionally for clients, and contributing to real projects from day one.</p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What the role looks like:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll work alongside experienced consultants to support and deliver advisory projects across areas such as:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asset and facilities strategy</li>\n<li>Whole-of-life planning and lifecycle costing</li>\n<li>FM in design and operational readiness</li>\n<li>Procurement and contract documentation</li>\n<li>Sustainability and embodied carbon assessments</li>\n<li>Data analysis and insight development for client reports</li>\n<li>Developing practical recommendations and contributing to client presentations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll have room to grow - with increasing responsibility over time across report ownership, client-facing delivery and specialist advisory capability.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll bring to the role:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We don’t expect you to be the finished product, but we are looking for someone who is:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>An excellent written communicator - confident in producing clear, well-structured reports and client-ready insights</li>\n<li>Strong analytical thinking and an interest in how buildings are operated and maintained</li>\n<li>Curious, proactive and comfortable working through ambiguity</li>\n<li>Collaborative - you enjoy contributing to a close-knit team and are not afraid to ask questions</li>\n<li>Educated in property, building science, asset management, engineering, facilities or similar</li>\n<li>Ideally 5+ years’ experience in the property or construction industry, however we are open to exceptional emerging professionals with 1–2 years’ experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Ready to grow your advisory career with a team that backs your potential?</span></span><span><br>Send us your CV — we’d love to hear from you.</span></p>",
