Join us at Radco Roofing, where you'll have the chance to showcase your skills, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to the success of projects that make a significant impact in our community.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have thorough understanding of all roof systems and NRCA and manufacturer standard repair procedures (e.g. metal, modified, built up, shingle, single ply).</li>\n<li>Proficient in proper use all roofing tools and equipment.</li>\n<li>Knowledgeable of all roofing terminology.</li>\n<li>Directly supervise helpers in day to day activities.</li>\n<li>Train helpers in leak investigation and repair procedures.</li>\n<li>Ensure that employees adhere to policies and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook. Document policy violations (e.g tardiness, absences).</li>\n<li>Prepare time sheets in a timely and accurate manner.</li>\n<li>Ensure that time; materials, etc. are properly assigned to work orders.</li>\n<li>Complete all required paperwork in timely and accurate manner. Document all customer interaction. Provide photos and complete written description of work performed.</li>\n<li>Plan and organize material, tools, and equipment needed in advance to ensure that all requirements outlined in the WO are implemented completely and accurately.</li>\n<li>Communicate WO requirements to helpers. Outline specific tasks required to complete each WO.</li>\n<li>Emphasize the need for high quality, complete, and professional work.</li>\n<li>Ensure that safe work practices are adhered to at the job site.
