Description

We are currently recruiting for a  full time Business Administrator  to join our team in the Limerick office . At FDC, our strength lies in our local presence. We work closely with clients in our communities, building trusted, long-term relationships that make a real difference to businesses, farms, families, and individuals. The role will involve administration and operational support to a Financial Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, enthusiastic, meticulous and proactive.  You’ll join a supportive team where learning, growth, and progression are encouraged. Responsibilities : Working closely with the Financial Consultant on client file management End to end Client file and case management Call handling (inbound and outbound) Diary, phone and email management Processing and overseeing new business applications Ability to service queries on new and existing business Manage relationships with product providers, underwriters and clients Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness in all documentation and processes Preparation of reports, quotes and file reviews Effective client data management for all project needs Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records and databases Address additional administrative or clerical duties as they arise Utilise your knowledge of the local area to enhance customer interactions and support business activities Key Competencies and Skills required: Previous experience in administrative or similar role within financial services or regulated environment Demonstrate ability to manage complex tasks with minimal oversight Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to handle confidential information A proven team player who can also work autonomously, demonstrating initiative Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite Good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Ability to multi-task Excellent organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads FDC Benefits: Occupational Pension Scheme Aviva Care Death in Service benefit Generous EAP programme Income Protection An employee – driven charity fund Bike to work scheme Employee assistance program Company events Additional leave FDC Financial Services is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace which values and benefits from the diversity of our workforce FDC Financial Services Ltd is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland
