Hey, we give you a freezer suit and more frequent breaks!</li>\n <li>Commitment to living Perry’s “values”</li>\n <li>Willing to learn and adhere to Department specific Safe Quality Food requirements and Safety Guidelines </li>\n <li>Flexibility to work daily overtime as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly</li>\n <li>Ability to work in an extreme cold environment reaching temperatures below -20oF</li>\n <li>Capable of pushing/pulling up to 2000 lbs. for an extended amount of time (on carts, dollies, pallets) within temperatures of -20oF</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand and walk for upwards of 12 miles per shift while maintaining footing on icy/slippery floors</li>\n <li>Ability to use proper lifting/bending techniques from ground level to over the head at times </li>\n <li>Ability to perform basic math calculations</li>\n <li>Successfully complete OSHA certification for powered industrial vehicles</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned by supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Why Perry’s?</u></strong><u></u></p>\n<p><strong>Working with and talking about ice cream… how <em>cool</em> is that?</strong></p>\n<p>Behind every bite of Cookie Dough and every scoop of Panda Paws is a passionate team bringing hard work and creative ideas to the table.
