An eye for detail is the key to the success of someone stepping into this role!</p>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<p>* You are an excellent problem solver?</p>\n<p>* You are a team player? You cooperate easily and gain trust quickly?</p>\n<p>* You are self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision?</p>\n<p>* You are detail oriented?</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>- Responsible for communicating the load plan to drivers and customers.</p>\n<p>- Ensure the drivers have the proper instructions to perform duties safely.</p>\n<p>- Listen to all driver concerns and act on them appropriately.</p>\n<p>- Ensure the Company meets all customers requirements, and any changes are communicated immediately.</p>\n<p>- Ensure the dispatch system is up to date.</p>\n<p>- Work hand in hand with the load planners.</p>\n<p>- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency for both the Company & the customer.</p>\n<p>- Ensure trailor interior washes are completed where required</p>\n<p>- Ensure all orders and trip events are recorded in the TMW in an accurate and timely fashion.</p>\n<p>- Where applicable audit TMW reports for compliance requirements.</p>\n<p>- Service failure reports are recorded in TMW and brought to the attention of the Branch Manager or designate.</p>\n<p>- Ensure that the driver has adequate time to perform his duties safely and within the hours of work regulations.</p>\n<p>- Ensure all drivers and equipment meet regulatory and corporate compliance.</p>\n<p>- Assign the proper equipment for the jurisdiction and the job requirements.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>- Related experience : 2-5 years</p>\n<p>- Experience using a variety of systems.</p>\n<p>- Good communication skills in a team environment.</p>\n<p>- General knowledge of the Transportation industry.</p>\n<p>- Candidates with TMW experience will be given preference.</p>\n<p>- Post Secondary education (transportation) an asset</p>\n<p>- High school diploma (required)</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>Here’s a few highlights of the benefits you’ll enjoy:</strong></p>\n<p>We invest in our employee’s growth through training and development programs.
