This role supports the development of marketing materials, creates and maintains graphic assets, performs photo editing and provides production support for larger-scale projects.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Design and produce graphics across print, digital/web, social media and email, including publications and marketing collateral.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Create reusable templates; adapt and resize assets for various platforms (including digital advertising); and format materials to specifications.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Develop promotional materials for digital and print campaigns.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Prepare production-ready files for digital and print applications.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Produce additional graphics as needed, including presentations, internal communications templates, video text cards and infographics.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Collaborate with geographic marketing teams to develop, organize and enhance Canva assets, supporting consistent, on-brand materials and more efficient workflows.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Conduct photo research using archives, public libraries and stock agencies; recommend and purchase images as needed; and track usage rights.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Manage digital and image asset libraries.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Required Knowledge, Education, Experience</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in design preferred or an Associate&rsquo;s degree with equivalent professional experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Minimum of five years of experience in graphic design and digital media.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Strong portfolio demonstrating design, typography and a broad range of skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Canva.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Experience across digital, web, social, email and print design.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Working knowledge of print production.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Understanding of trends and best practices for visual communication in digital channels.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Requires Skills</strong></span></p></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
