    "description": "<p><strong><span>Roles and Duties</span></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Oversee technology platforms and operational workflows for our digital asset exchange, including tokenization, custody and related services.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage client onboarding, account opening, asset transfers, trade settlement, reporting, reconciliation, token issuance, listing evaluations, cap table management, and client support.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate in cross-functional team on new business initiatives and launches.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct due diligence and handle client inquiries.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assess and evaluate listing applications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure smooth and efficient platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain operational documentation and manuals.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with external partners to ensure seamless integration.</span></li>\n<li><span>Partner with technology department to resolve user issues and support product development.
