Through a strong focus on Clean and Bright Stores (CABS) standards, this role helps create a store environment that’s clean, welcoming, and easy to shop.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Stock, rotate, and replenish shelves, coolers, freezers, and product displays so merchandise is available, easy to locate, and presentation-ready.</li><li>Organize backroom and sales-floor storage areas to support efficient stocking and product flow.</li><li>Support <strong>Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS)</strong> by ensuring products are consistently available and the store is easy to shop.</li><li>Support <strong>Clean and Bright Stores (CABS)</strong> standards through daily cleaning tasks, including restrooms, floors, and trash removal inside and outside the store.</li><li>Receive and put away delivered merchandise following FriendShip standards and procedures.</li><li>Identify out-of-stocks, damaged product, or display issues and communicate them to Store Management.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.</li><li>Maintain regular and reliable attendance.</li><li>Treat coworkers and guests with respect, use positive language, and support teammates to maintain a productive, professional work environment.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><p><strong>Required</strong></p><ul><li>Experience following standard work procedures and safety guidelines.</li><li>Basic math and reading proficiency.</li><li>Clear communication skills to report product issues, safety concerns, or out-of-stocks to store leadership.</li><li>Reliable attendance and punctuality.</li><li>Required to complete Level 1 ServSafe Certification after hire; company support provided.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><p>Prior experience stocking, organizing, or handling merchandise in a retail, grocery, convenience store, or similar environment.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Physical Demands and Environmental Condition</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><p><strong>Frequent</strong></p><ul><li>Walking and standing for extended periods of time</li><li>Bending, stooping, climbing, squatting</li><li>Lifting and carrying merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds</li><li>Pushing and pulling carts, racks, or equipment</li><li>Using hands for stocking, cleaning, and handling merchandise</li><li>Working around store equipment and interacting with vendors and team members</li><li>Exposure to varying temperatures, including indoor and outdoor weather conditions, coolers, and freezers</li></ul><p><strong>Occasional</strong></p><ul><li>Climbing ladders or step stools to stock or organize merchandise</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
