We also provide a 401(k) savings plan, Employee Assistance Program, a tuition reimbursement program, professional development and advancement opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team, be part of the solution, support evolving innovations, and help us continue providing quality products, all while being supported by strong leadership and a comprehensive and competitive benefits program.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide quality legal services and counseling to company management in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Supervise outside lawyers hired to assist the corporation to provide specialized legal services.</li>\n <li>Manage legal services and projects in a cost effective manner.</li>\n <li>Perform various types of legal research and provide advice on company’s legal rights and obligations.</li>\n <li>Review and draft legal documents on a variety of legal matters.</li>\n <li>Provide legal advice on legal issues arising from actual or anticipated litigation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education</p>\n<p>Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Engineering or technical education background a plus.</p>\n<p>License</p>\n<p>Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with membership in good standing.</p>\n<p>Experience </p>\n<p>5 to 10 years in a corporate legal department or top law firm. Experience in manufacturing or construction industries a plus</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Proficiencies and knowledge</p>\n<p>Broad-based legal experience in litigation, environmental, and labor and employment matters.Excellent communication, writing and computer skills.Exceptional administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact directly with internal clients to achieve company goals.Proficient in legal research and analysis. </p>\n<p>Superior attention to detail and ability to exercise sound judgment in accordance with defined corporate risk parameters.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Buzzi Unicem USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
