Role Overview Tejar is looking for a customer success specialist who is passionate about customer experience and nurturing long-term customer relations. The individual must be able to manage large amounts of incoming calls to take payment information and other pertinent data such as addresses and phone numbers. He/She will be responsible for catering to the customers’ queries about products and the company’s policies regulating around the products. He/She must be competent and active enough to communicate with customers through various channels. Disclaimer: This is not a sales target based job.
