This role owns end-to-end performance across production, manufacturing engineering, product test, and quality, with direct accountability for delivery, operational execution, and business performance to meet customer and business commitments</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:11.0pt .5in;text-autospace:none;\"><span>Own value stream performance including revenue, cost, productivity, and inventory</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:11.0pt .5in;text-autospace:none;\"><span>Identify and resolve production constraints, partnering with engineering, quality, and supply chain to maintain flow and output</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:11.0pt .5in;text-autospace:none;\"><span>Lead and develop supervisors and production teams across multiple manufacturing cells</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:11.0pt .5in;text-autospace:none;\"><span>Establish clear operating rhythms, KPIs, and accountability to ensure consistent
