    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Vision and Description</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Vision Statement:</span> To lead those attending the Stanley Campus and surrounding community<br>into a personal, growing, life-changing relationship with Jesus.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Description:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be the primary vision-caster, purpose-promoter and spiritual director of the Stanley<br>Campus.</li>\n<li>Ensure that the direction of the ministries, activities and mission of the Stanley Campus are aligned to the mission and vision of The Pursuit Church.</li>\n<li>Lead a Ministry Team who will enlist, train and equip volunteers to oversee and<br>participate in the ministries of the church.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualities Desired:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">High Integrity and Godliness:</span> Serve as a spiritual mentor and example for team<br>members, families and community at large.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership:</span> The giftedness to lead others so that they “buy into” the church vision and<br>purpose, fully own their leadership giftedness and use their giftedness to motivate and<br>equip the volunteers under their responsibility and care.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Relationally Connectible:</span> Emotionally connect with others so that people feel cared for and valued.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Vision Carrier:</span> Be able to live out and clearly communicate the vision of The Pursuit<br>Church, so that all attending, experience the vision and carry it with them.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Implementor:</span> Build teams that understand and “live by” the vision and purpose of the<br>church.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Planner:</span> Problem-solve, promote and implement the vision and purpose of<br>the church.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>To build, lead, equip and motivate campus ministry teams/volunteers.</li>\n<li>To oversee and cast vision for and implement effective, high-impact weekly services.</li>\n<li>Performance of pastoral duties which include but are not limited to: weddings, funerals,<br>baptisms, child dedications.</li>\n<li>Plan effective community out-reach events so that those attending experience real<br>community and are drawn to the church.</li>\n<li>Develop and grow an effective Next Gen ministry: children, students, young adults.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement an effective, vison-focused small group ministry.</li>\n<li>Develop a spiritual growth (discipleship) plan through spiritual next steps. This plan will<br>focus on knowing God and living out Biblical principles.</li>\n<li>Manage/oversee the budget of the church ensuring financial stability and integrity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other responsibilities </span>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide assistance and support for ‘all-in’ church moments.</li>\n<li>Attend regular weekly/monthly meetings.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by Lead Pastor and Lead Team.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal and Spiritual Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.<br></li>\n<li>A commitment to living a life of spiritual health and maturity as outlined in scripture. (I<br>Timothy 3 and Titus 1).</li>\n<li>Participate in The Pursuit discipleship model (Worship, Giving, Groups and Service).</li>\n<li>Model the standards and expectations of leaders within The Pursuit, including:<br>- Owning the vision, values and purpose of The Pursuit Church<br>- Abstain from illegal substances and excess alcohol<br>- Using social media responsibly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to Apply:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit your current resume that includes two non-relative letters of reference.</li>\n<li>Submit an application video that includes: 1) Why God is calling you to this position. 2) Qualifications for this position and why you desire to serve at The Pursuit Stanley.
