If you thrive in a high-energy atmosphere and can balance trays and sunshine with ease, we want you to dive in and join the crew! <strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$17.75/hr. <strong>AM/PM Shifts available.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Enjoy great team perks, including complimentary stays for you and your family, free daily lunch in our employee cafeteria, free parking, a 401(k) retirement plan, and more!  #TownCountrySD</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Serve up tropical cocktails, cold brews, and tasty bites with a side of personality and flair.</p></li>\n <li><p>Keep poolside areas spotless, organized, and always guest-ready.</p></li>\n <li><p>Anticipate guest needs—because nobody should ever have to ask twice for that next round.</p></li>\n <li><p>Work closely with the pool bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain upbeat energy, even on the sunniest San Diego days.</p></li>\n <li><p>Be a walking vibe—friendly, attentive, and fun-loving.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (bonus points if it’s poolside).</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication and teamwork skills—because great service is a team sport.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to multitask under the sun and keep your cool (literally).</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Must be 21+</strong> and have or be willing to obtain a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification.</p></li>\n <li><p>Weekend and holiday availability—because that’s when the pool party really gets going.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you’ve got the personality of a beach party and the work ethic of a five-star server, dive in and apply today—your next shift could come with a view of the palms!</p>",
