    "description": "<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p>Job Title: Seasonal Harvester</p>\n<p>Department: Ho-Chunk Farms</p>\n<p>Location: Winnebago, NE</p>\n<p>Status: Non-Exempt</p>\n<p>Summary</p>\n<p>Responsible for the harvest and preparation of Ho-Chunk Farms Indian Corn and weed management.</p>\n<p>Essential Functions</p>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p>· Maintain all harvest equipment and make sure it is clean and ready for next use • Prepare all the needs to harvest corn traditionally • Assemble and prepare Drying screens for harvesting • Keep track of volunteer workers on site • Remove weeds from rows manually • Perform all other duties as assigned</p>\n<p>Competencies</p>\n<p>Core – Leading Self</p>\n<p>1.Judgement and Decision Making. 2. Positive Attitude toward Others</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Supervisory Responsibility</p>\n<p>This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities; however, this role may act as the first point of contact for junior level staff.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work Environment</p>\n<p>This job performs physically demanding work. May work outdoors in all weather conditions. The use of Personal Protection Equipment is required.</p>\n<p>Physical Demands</p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p>\n<p>The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. • The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively jumps, sprints or throws objects. • The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. • The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs. The employee must have excellent stamina.</p>\n<p>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work</p>\n<p>This is a full-time position.
