Our exceptional quality is driven by a deep investment in and the daily practice of continually improving our people, processes, and products.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About the Opportunity:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The NDT Level II-FPI will inspect and verify dimensional compliance for products using various inspection gages, scales, and visual inspection.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location:</strong> Stuart, FL &ndash; On Site. Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6 PM (5% Shift Differential)&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Detect and interpret the relevancy of flaws in metal parts by using required FPI methods.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Apply knowledge of flaw indications, quality control requirements, and technical requirements to determine acceptability.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare parts and perform NDT inspections in accordance with approved data by special methods. Will use magnifiers as required to prove reliability of NDT inspection process.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Document results of inspections as per work instructions, maintain records of inspection planning purposes as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Determine routing of parts through knowledge of technical orders, process routing work instructions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attend and successfully complete on the job and classroom training to be certified on assigned tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Open to cross-training other employees in related inspection processes and techniques.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to safety, fire, and housekeeping regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Checks tools and equipment for safe usage and assures such equipment is calibrated, safely stored and certified.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Contributes to continuous improvement and supports 6S initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meet visual acuity requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Generate suggestions for improving work; develops innovative approaches and ideas.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school or equivalent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3-5 years of progressive experience in an inspection capacity related to NDT/FPI testing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient with geometric dimensions and tolerances.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Aerospace industry experience is strongly preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to effectively communicate in the English language both in the verbal and written form.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Read and interpret blueprints, inspection attributes related to indications and evaluate them effectively according to applicable quality assurance codes and specifications.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and safety shoes) is required on the shop floor</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to accommodate priorities, deadlines, and schedules.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Acknowledgements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
