management in maintaining high occupancy by daily attention to the appearance of the vacant apartments and common areas.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Daily cleaning of the laundry areas, pool areas, restrooms and other common areas.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Daily cleaning of the leasing office and the model
