In this role you&rsquo;ll support members across all aspects of their financial journey from advising about accounts and services to processing transactions, to assisting members with self-service channels.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Universal Associates build strong relationships with current and prospective members while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and contribute directly to the credit union&rsquo;s strategic goals through exceptional service and financial guidance.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide internal and external members with excellent service.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide services to members in the following areas:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Processing cash and check transactions</li><li>Opening new accounts</li><li>Assisting with lending functions such as:<ul type=\"square\"><li>Funding auto-decisioned loans.&nbsp;</li><li>Referring members to appropriate lending department.</li><li>Setting up appointments with loan officers.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Protect members and credit union from fraudulent activities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use financial services equipment to meet member needs; help with general maintenance of equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Receive incoming phone calls; make outgoing phone calls.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with multiple service channels to provide member satisfaction and education about&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Digital Banking</li><li>Phone Banking</li><li>Card Services</li><li>ITM Operations</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advise on account options, including:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Opening and closing all types of accounts offered.</li><li>Maintaining member accounts.</li><li>Updating member account records.</li><li>Researching and solving member account options and issues.</li><li>Referring members to more in-depth credit counseling and resolution, when needed.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advise on financial solutions including:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Educating members on products and services and refer based on individual member(s) needs.</li><li>Being knowledgeable about products and services, including staying up to date with changes and additions.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advise on service transactions, including:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Empowering members to process their own transactions.</li><li>Processing member transactions and other member requests.</li><li>Managing ECR&rsquo;s, ITM&rsquo;s and ATM&rsquo;s or any other self-service solution.</li><li>Completing end-of-day balancing activities.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all credit union policies and procedures, including being compliant with state and federal laws and regulations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have reliable attendance and complete all assigned tasks.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You must be comfortable working in an open environment, have strong communications skills, be flexible, and be a team player.
