Outreach & Intake: Identify qualifying internal and external candidates for specialty services and manage the patient intake process.
Leadership & Training: Act as the clinical mentor for Medical Assistants, providing training and certification for staff to ensure proficiency and safety in TMS/Spravato protocols.
Emergency Response: Maintain readiness to provide medical intervention (CPR/BLS) in emergency situations.
Candidate Qualifications

Leadership: Previous experience in a supervisory, lead, or mentor role within a medical office is highly preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of medical coding, billing practices, and HIPAA regulations (Preferred).

Why Join HCBH?
Competitive Wage Compensation
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance.
