Description

The Integrated Media Senior Planner (IMSP) will be the day-to-day steward of the agency’s media planning process for relevant client accounts and help support the development of go-to-market media strategies. Responsibilities include developing tactical media recommendations, presenting plans to clients, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. The IMSP collaborates with various cross-functional teams across the agency to ensure alignment and champions the needs of the Integrated Media team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities as Integrated Media Senior Planner Utilize media research tools for data analysis to support strategic media planning decisions Collaborate with media buyers to develop tactical recommendations aligned with client objectives. Work directly with and manage media vendors to develop, execute and measure media recommendations across digital and traditional opportunities that fall outside of biddable platforms Partner with cross-functional teams and participate in client presentations and in some cases, serve as the primary media point of contact for day-to-day client communication Develop and maintain details related to media investments, insertion orders, media budget reconciliation and ads trafficking across relevant media placements Work closely with media buyers to provide guidance on project parameters, offer feedback based on campaign strategy, and maintain brand consistency throughout the process. Develop comprehensive narratives within measurement and performance reports, leveraging insights to identify trends and opportunities. Stay abreast of emerging trends within paid media and client industries, and demonstrate an eagerness to want to advance the team’s overall quality of work Additional Responsibilities as a Member of the Integrated Media Team Be a leading voice in the agency and a trusted advisor for clients regarding media trends Keep up with latest trends/events in advertising, the home industry and other client-related industries Attend and participate actively in relevant team, agency and client meetings Be an active participant in idea generation, brainstorming and creative thinking Be a positive, motivating member of the team Bring new ideas to the team and champion the use of paid opportunities to reach audiences Be accountable for delivering high-quality work on time and on budget Manage crisis situations with poise, knowing when to seek leadership support Demonstrate a passion for always doing the best work Collaborate among multiple departments effectively and efficiently Conduct business with a conscientious, straightforward and dedicated work ethic Respect all equally, internally and externally Passionately uphold the agency brand, culture and values Communication Skills Communicate in a clear, coherent and professional manner Listen well and solve problems to achieve the most effective outcome for the client, team and agency Develop strong relationships across the agency, especially within the Integrated Media team Represent the team and Wray Ward in a positive manner in all endeavors
