This role is critical in ensuring design consistency, enhancing user experience, and maintaining accessibility standards across all digital touchpoints. As a Library Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our design libraries and templates are always current, optimized, and impactful.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Design Library Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update comprehensive design libraries across all Shopify stores and M&amp;D sites.</li>\n<li>Develop reusable components and templates that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.</li>\n<li>Document and share best practices for utilizing design libraries across teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">UI Optimization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuously improve store UI for enhanced usability, visual consistency, and seamless mobile responsiveness.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies or outdated elements.</li>\n<li>Implement UI solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Accessibility Evaluation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Routinely assess digital assets for compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).</li>\n<li>Recommend and implement improvements to ensure inclusivity across all platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to CX Lead to align design libraries with technical feasibility and scalability and frequent alignment with Lead Developer.</li>\n<li>Work closely with the Content Team to ensure design templates and libraries support dynamic and engaging storytelling.</li>\n<li>Act as a bridge between creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of design updates.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Continuous Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay updated on emerging design and UI/UX trends to introduce innovative ideas.</li>\n<li>Regularly review analytics and feedback to inform design improvements.</li>\n<li>Provide training and guidance to team members on utilizing design systems effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on maintaining design systems or libraries.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Shopify platforms is a plus.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and mobile-first design principles.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li>\n<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.</li>\n</ul>",
