    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Southeast Urogyn, </strong>a Partner Practice of <strong>Together Women’s Health (TWH)</strong>, an industry leading network of medical providers in the women’s health field, is looking for a <strong>Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)</strong> to join their clinical team. As an experienced practitioner, the <strong>LPN</strong> is accountable for providing high quality, individualized, goal directed care for all patients and their families through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is open to a Registered Nurse (RN) as well. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>This role will primarily handle phones, RX refills, and clinical buckets. Will not work the floor, unless needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Answer all incoming call for clinic. Triage patients and answer clinical questions to support patient care</li>\n <li>Counsels’ patients concerning lifestyle modifications, medication regimens, side effects, and interactions using an appropriate psychosocial communication level</li>\n <li>Communicates to patients and office coordinators follow-up appointments, ancillary and/or pre-operative testing and scheduling needed for patient</li>\n <li>Completes paperwork such as ordering lab tests, x-rays, school/work notes, FMLA, etc.</li>\n <li>Support male program </li>\n <li>Escorts patients to and from exam rooms and readies them for physicians; takes vital signs, records medical history/symptoms, ensures medical chart/lab test results are available and complete</li>\n <li>Prepare patients for and assist with examination or treatments</li>\n <li>Provides education and information to patients and family members</li>\n <li>Consults with other specialties and disciplines as appropriate to meet all health care needs of patients</li>\n <li>Uses organizational skills to effectively complete assignments in timely manner</li>\n <li>Cleans and stocks all patient examination rooms; cleans and prepares instruments for procedures; keeps list of needed medical supplies</li>\n <li>Understand and enforce standard health care regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Perform office procedures including all general administrative duties</li>\n <li>Document Electronic Medical Record (EMR) all medical interventions</li>\n <li>Assure HIPAA and OSHA compliance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current license to practice as an LPN or RN</li>\n <li>must be willing to support high volume calls a day</li>\n <li>Current CPR certification</li>\n <li>An Associate's or bachelor’s degree, or higher</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care</li>\n <li>You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?</strong></p>\n<p>As a part-time team member, you will have access to benefits to include; Retirement Plan with a generous company match, Paid Time Off (because we work hard and play hard), and Holiday Pay.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WHY TOGETHER WOMEN’S HEALTH (TWH)?</strong></p>\n<p>Because we do things a bit differently here.
