Description

The Paint Color Matcher and Mixer The Paint Color Matcher and Mixer for Specialty Coatings is responsible for creating and adjusting custom paint and coating colors to meet customer specifications. This role involves blending pigments, resins, and other materials to produce accurate, consistent, and high-quality finishes used in industrial, automotive, architectural, and specialty applications. The position works closely with production teams and customers to ensure color accuracy and overall product performance. Strong attention to detail is essential, as even small variations in color can impact the final result. Candidates with prior experience working with color—such as in painting, art, decorating, or similar fields—are preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong interest in color and hands-on work.
