Furthermore, you will have the chance to contribute to the modernization of our existing applications and potentially engage with or transition towards our next-generation Tax Platform, which is built on a modern Java-based tech stack. This is an excellent opportunity for a .NET professional eager to expand their skills into modern backend technologies, including Java and cloud-native development. <br><br>What You’ll Do: <br><ul><li>Develop complex business logic and features in the .NET framework / .NET Core / .NET Standard, relying on SQL Server databases to support global tax reporting requirements. </li><li>Implement and optimize solution approaches and algorithms for tax calculation and reporting. </li><li>Ensure software quality through unit testing and acceptance testing. </li><li>Enhance and modernize the existing application architecture to meet evolving compliance and performance needs. </li><li>Work in a team-based development environment, coordinating closely with Product Management and Architect. </li><li>Actively learn about and potentially contribute to our Java Spring Framework / Spring Boot backend services and cloud-native platform components, participating in relevant technical discussions and potentially code reviews. </li><li>Gain exposure to and contribute to the deployment and management of services in Docker/Kubernetes environments. </li></ul>"
