This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing job roles, identifying essential skills and knowledge for production workers, and creating impactful training materials. The ideal candidate will play a key part in supporting our commitment to employee growth and operational excellence. This position is for local candidates only.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Conduct job analyses across various departments to identify the tasks, knowledge, and skills required for production roles.</li><li>Collaborate with department leads and employees to gather insights through interviews, observations, participating in some tasks, and surveys.</li><li>Develop and organize training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content, based on job analysis findings.</li><li>Assist in implementing and evaluating training programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Support the creation of standardized onboarding processes for production workers.</li><li>Work closely with the Training and Development Leader to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training practices.</li><li>Owns 1-2 projects in a specific department that will be focused for the duration of the internship: presents programs and recommendation to leadership and board of directors</li></ul>",
