      "content": "<li>Support the identification and evaluation of stakeholder&nbsp;requirements, program requirements, and compliance standards such as MIL-STD-1472 and -46855.</li><li>Lead planning and conducting of human factors events and&nbsp;analyses, such as stakeholder requirements discovery and&nbsp;definition, workflow and task analyses, compliance audits,&nbsp;usability studies, workload and situational awareness&nbsp;experiments, and user evaluation events. </li><li>Analyze data to&nbsp;support design decisions and make design recommendations.</li><li>Oversee junior personnel in specific tasks, demonstrating your&nbsp;understanding of how various tasks and team member roles&nbsp;contribute to overall project success.</li><li>Independently manage complex tasks and collaborate with&nbsp;peers to achieve project objectives.</li><li>Lead documentation efforts such as Human Engineering Design&nbsp;Approach Documents (HEDADs), Critical Task Analysis (CTA)&nbsp;reports, project briefings, human factors test results, etc.</li><li>Choose, develop, and apply appropriate tools and standards such&nbsp;as MIL-STD-1472, NASA Task Load Index (TLX), Bedford Workload&nbsp;Scale, System Usability Scale (SUS), style guides, etc.</li><li>Ensure team compliance with human factors standards and best&nbsp;practices.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and user-centric approach across the&nbsp;project, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development.</li><li>Take an active, expert role in technical meetings.</li><li>Contribute to proposals and capture efforts.</li>"

      "content": "<li>Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. persons and eligible for a U/S. security clearance</li><li>A bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Industrial&nbsp;Engineering, Psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred.</li><li>Master's and/or PhD Degree preferred.</li><li>6+ years of demonstrated experience required.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of human factors principles, usability&nbsp;testing methodologies, and HF regulations and standards.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the&nbsp;ability to convey complex human factors findings and&nbsp;recommendations articulately to a wide range of audiences.</li><li>Developing leadership and mentorship skills; ability to cultivate a&nbsp;culture of user-centric design and knowledge sharing.</li><li>A commitment to understanding and advocating for the needs&nbsp;and preferences of end users across a program.</li>"
