Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to month-end processes, supplier communications, and data analysis in a fast-paced, international environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn, develop, and grow within a collaborative finance and operations team.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU'LL DO:</span><br></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>• Support supplier reconciliations by reviewing statements in line with monthly schedules.<br>• Maintain and update internal systems with accurate supplier balance information.<br>• Assist in managing supplier relationships across multiple communication channels.<br>• Support the month-end close process, including basic reporting and variance analysis.<br>• Issue payment confirmations and proofs of payment to operators in a timely manner.<br>• Manage assigned tasks and deadlines effectively, with guidance from senior team members.<br>• Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as required.<br>• Represent Ding in a professional, friendly, and positive manner in all interactions.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:</span></span></p>\n<p><span><br></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or STEM discipline (1-2 years of experience required)<br>• Fluency in English (essential)<br>• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and work confidently with large datasets.<br>• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.<br>• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in problem-solving.<br>• Solid Excel skills, with exposure to Power Query considered a plus.<br>• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team<br>• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>YOU WILL LOVE WORKING AT DING IF:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>You want your work to mean something.
