Uniquely positioned in our ability to produce large central systems for an entire plant down to individual filters for a single cutting machine on the floor, our proprietary filtration and cooling technologies come second to none. &nbsp;</p><p>The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate receiving of materials, timely shipment of finished products, proper inventory control, and compliance with production schedules and quality standards.</p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Receive and inspect raw materials, parts, and supplies against purchase orders and bills of lading</li><li>Verify quantities and inspect for damage or quality issues</li><li>Coordinate with Quality Control for material inspections when required</li><li>Accurately enter receipts into ERP/MRP systems</li><li>Label and route materials to appropriate areas</li><li>Prepare finished goods for shipment according to customer specifications</li><li>Generate packing slips, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation</li><li>Coordinate freight carriers (LTL, FTL, parcel, international)</li><li>Ensure shipments aligned with production schedules</li><li>Verify product counts, packaging requirements, and special handling instructions</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP system</li><li>Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits</li><li>Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to Purchasing and Production</li><li>Stage materials for production runs</li><li>Support lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives</li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards</li><li>Follow hazardous material handling procedures if applicable</li><li>Maintain organized and clean shipping/receiving areas</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)</li><li>Knowledge of freight terms, bills of lading, and international shipping documentation (preferred)</li><li>Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification</li><li>Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in a production/warehouse setting</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Understanding of production workflows</li><li>Inventory control and material handling knowledge</li><li>Time management and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Effective communication with production, purchasing, and quality teams</li><li>Problem-solving and process improvement mindset</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement:</strong> Komline is an EEO employer &ndash; M/F/Vets/Disabled</p>\n",
