Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Assists physicians during electrophysiology procedures, pacemaker/ICD insertions, radiofrequency ablation, and other miscellaneous procedures required by operating the electrophysiology recorder, hemodynamic monitoring computer and/or scrubbing for invasive cardiac and vascular procedures. Provides patient care to adult and geriatric patients.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<li>Must possess <u>one</u> (1) of the following: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), IBHRE, CEPS (Certified Electrophysiology Specialist) and/or prior applicable training/experience in invasive cardiology and/or electrophysiology.</li>\n<li>Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. </li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of cardiac arrhythmia interpretation. </li>\n<li>Must obtain advanced specialty certification within two years of hire date.</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<li>Experience in electrophysiology or interventional cardiac cath lab.</li>\n<li>Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) Certification (Formerly NASPE) or previous electrophysiology experience. </li>\n<li>Certified Electrophysiology Specialist (CEPS Allied Health)</li>\n<li>Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)</li>\n<li>Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).</li>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>0700-1730",
