This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and great service.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Service &amp; Store Operations</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Operate the CLR POS system accurately and efficiently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support sales by promoting products and assisting customers with inquiries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with merchandising, including signage, displays, stocking, and sales tags.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete liquor transfers and distribute liquor purchases safely and accurately.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in monthly inventory counts and follow all inventory procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain store cleanliness, including shelving, glass, counters, and general upkeep.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delivery &amp; Distribution</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver alcoholic beverage orders to outside vendors accurately and on schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Load and unload products safely, including heavy items such as kegs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with liquor deliveries to internal and external vendors as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Follow all safety, legal, and operational procedures when transporting alcohol.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform other duties as assigned to support day-to-day business needs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Grade 12 or GED preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Retail sales experience is an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Basic computer and POS system knowledge.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Self-motivated with strong energy and professionalism.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be of legal age to sell alcoholic beverages.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be fluent in English.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract (required).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Must be eligible for insurance under the Red Deer Resort &amp; Casino insurance plan (required).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ProServe, ProTect, and WHMIS certifications (or willingness to obtain).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clear Criminal Record Check required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must follow all Occupational Health &amp; Safety guidelines.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to stand for extended periods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Must be able to lift, move, and transport heavy items (up to ~150 lbs), using proper lifting techniques and equipment.  </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Regular lifting of items (35–50 lbs) required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and loading/unloading deliveries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Indoor retail environment with exposure to varying temperatures, especially during deliveries.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours of Work</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work hours vary based on operational needs and will include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</span></p>",
