    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Fulfillment Supervisor will oversee the efficient and accurate processing of orders for our comprehensive order fulfillment solutions department including business-to-business (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) customers. QUALFON provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information (including testing and characteristics), marital status, ancestry, status as a covered veteran, uniformed servicemember status and any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law.</em></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>If you would like to fill out a Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form, please visit us at Qualfon.com/join-us - </strong>https://qualfon.com/join-us/</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of leads and workers, providing daily guidance and support.</li>\n<li>Create a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.   </li>\n<li>Monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and quality while minimizing waste.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues promptly.    </li>\n<li>Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet or exceed product specifications.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and take corrective actions as needed to address quality issues.     </li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.</li>\n<li>Understand, use, and troubleshoot inventory management systems (BLS), HRT (RF Scanner), warehouse management systems, and pick-to-box system. </li>\n<li>Provide support expertise and troubleshooting accurate label printing and inventory management practices. </li>\n<li>Ensure accurate time management practices are followed and kept daily.</li>\n<li>Monitor and track standards and hold production staff accountable for meeting Job Standards (quality, productivity, and due date).</li>\n<li>Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment and adherence to Lean principles.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 years previous experience in Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Distribution industry highly preferred</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.</li>\n <li>Proven experience in a supervisory role within an order fulfillment or production environment required.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of warehouse order fulfillment processes, kitting, quality control, GMP and safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Highly organized with strong time management abilities and excellent attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal, written communication and motivational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage conflict and create a constructive team environment. </li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in using computer software and applications related to inventory and production tracking. </li>\n <li>Experience operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift, cherry picker, hi-lo, or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, sit, and hear. The employee is required to use hands and fingers to operate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.</p>",
